You’ll get a gate code before your stay. Use that code on the keypad to open the gate. Here’s what to know about the keypad:

The keypad will light up and beep when you press a key. If it doesn’t, it didn’t accept your key press. Just try the same key again.
If you enter the code and it doesn’t open, wait 10 seconds and try again. A correct code will result in the status light blinking rapidly and the gate opening.
If the gate is opening and you press a key on the keypad, it will stop as an emergency feature. If you hit another key, it will reverse. Let it finish, wait 1 minute and then enter the code again.
If it doesn’t seem to be working, wait 1 minute and try again. If that doesn’t work, contact us. We can open it remotely.
NEVER force the gate to open, shut, or stop. You will likely break it if you do.

The gate will self close in 2 minutes. To exit, stop short of the gate enough to allow the gate to swing toward you. It should sense your vehicle and open.
